Walking through the Fire

“I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned… For I am the Lord your God.”
Isaiah 43: 1-3

It is the hardest thing to have enough faith to believe bad things will turn out for the best in the long run. However, holding fast to the Lord, never giving up on Him and truly believing He will walk through the fire with us, gives us the hope we need in times of trials. Being a Christian will not solve our problems, being a Christian will put us in a position to have hope for our problems.

Dear God,
We come to You with pain in our hearts. We know we should always lean on You and trust You to know our every care. We are just poor struggling humans reaching out to You in our time of need. We want to believe that You care and do believe You care, but the beatings of this life get us down.

Give us the knowledge to study Your word daily. Put scriptures in our hearts that will relieve some of the pain. Give us the wisdom to never leave You or forsake You. For in only You will we receive our comfort.
There are so many people that are hurting. Please spread your love and blessings around them.

We love you and adore You. Blessed be Your precious name.
